Refund & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

Returns must be post-marked to us within 14 days from receiving the order.

Eligible item/s for a return must be in its original condition that was received, unworn, with tags, and its original packaging. If returns do not meet this criteria, they will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied. You will also need original proof of purchase. All returns will be issued to original form of payments. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. All item/s purchased in the Sale section are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return. 

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customers responsibility.

EXCHANGE

All exchanges must be made within 14 days from receiving the order. Eligible item/s for an exchange must be in its original condition that was received, unworn, with tags, and its original packaging. Please be sure to place a new order of the item/s you will be exchanging. Once original item/s that you are exchanging are sent back we will then process your return and initiate your refund.

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customers responsibility.
